THERMAL AUDITS
METHODS USED
The ultrasonic method is more accurate for analyzing and verifying steam traps. The ultrasonic waves in the traps are converted into audible sounds (heterodyne function). Steam traps often operate cyclically. In the traps there is a valve that closes when steam enters (no ultrasound occurs) and the valve opens when it is filled with condensate (presence of ultrasound). You may want to check whether to take advantage of our applied technology in order to minimize its loss thermal.
SERVICES
We have combined vision / ultrasonic detection technology, which allows us to guide you in detecting gas leaks easily these leaks by scanning the installation of any type of process gas, connections, valves ... approximately 1 meter away or more. Subsequently, when the leak from the area is identified, it is possible to approach and connect a flexible vision probe inside equipment, ducts etc ...
